Description:

Once the “Environments” tab is clicked from the left side panel, it directly lands on an error page saying "Something went wrong".

Steps to reproduce:

Get APIM 3.2 level 143 or the latest version.
Create an API Product and publish it.
Click on created API Product from the publisher portal and click on the “Environments” from the left side panel.

Affected product version:

APIM 3.2.0

The fix has been done for APIM 3.2.0 via an update.
The issue is not reproducible in the latest APIM pack (APIM 4.4.0)
