Description:
'Role based access control for admin UI' feature is introduced from APIM 4.3.0. The documentation needs to be updated with steps to create a role and assigning admin scopes.

Steps that need to be updated,

  1. Create a new role in management console.
  2. Assign a user for the new role.
  3. Super admin user assigns scopes for the user based on the chart
