Description

The checkboxes used to collect user consent on the Consent Screen are not appearing on the Self-SignUp and JIT Provisioning pages when consent purposes are added for each flows.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable self signup
  2. Create consent purpose for sign up.
  3. Try to self signup
