Images should be pulling from a static host.

Images are currently pulling from patterns.wvu.edu. We should be leveraging the static host for images as the default. I realize most of the images are set as default sass vars and that we are still bottlenecked by static deployment right now, but wanted to create the issue to get it on the issues list.
