Username and password autofill not working on iOS

I've followed this blog post to try and get the username and password fields populated using autofill on iOS:

It doesn't work. I've tried on both a simulator and a real device.

I've also tried the sample solution here: https://github.com/lassana/XamarinFormsPasswordAutofill

That doesn't work either.

After logging in, there's no prompt to save the password.

I'm logged into iCloud, I have autofill and keychain enabled.

In Android, autofill worked perfectly without any changes being required.

Not sure what else to try. Has anyone managed to get this to work on iOS?
