Does the GLM function fit a logistic regression model when I use a binary phenotype, like in PLINK?
I see the example trait3 in the README file is a binary variable; does that mean I can use rMVP to analyze a binary variable?

Sorry that it's unsupported to fit logistic regression in current version, we are planning to achieve it in this year.
