Optionally report issues with them separately, but don't break metadata generation for release architectures.

It would be great if this could be fixed for Trixie. It causes the AppStream metadata of wireshark and possibly other packages to be invalid because of conflicts.

Another conflict, this time on Ubuntu with a package that originally had its desktop file in an incorrect (data) package and moved it to the main one. Sadly, it now conflicts with older version that is still in Debports:

Sometimes this warning may appear temporarily due to the way dak works and keeps older packages around for a bit - but I don't think that is what's happening here...

In this case, there is something else going on - asgen does not perform the duplication check across architectures, so I think there might be some caches that haven't been pruned properly. I'll have a look at things later this week.
