Besides rainfall-runoff, there should also be a linear reservoir routing module that runs on the graph.

The linear reservoir model requires:

• upstream inflow --> from RR (either load from drr or compute from rr Construct RR info to graph 👍 #26)
• computation of concentration time --> from flow path delineation Flow Path delineation for hydrological params 👍 #25
• upstream area --> from flow path delineation Flow Path delineation for hydrological params 👍 #25

Discussion with Ruben: use rainfall aggregation over concentration time as dynamic feature so that we dont have to decide whether to implement rr or use rr output or switch to 2D rainfall now.
