You need to tweak this function
https://github.com/xmba15/uncalibrated_stereo_rectification/blob/master/stereo_rectification/loop_zhang/loop_zhang.py#L22

If possible, can you share the image pair?

Can you specify the parameters that need to be modified? I am not familiar with programming. I hope you can make it clear.
