Tournament home page UI improvements

The home page for a Tournament is missing key information that would be useful for players/spectators:

• The schedule of the tournament
  • Could be shown attached to the tournament's rounds
• External links e.g. Discord server, Twitch channel, website

these are UI changes, not UX changes:

UI is User Interface, how the user interacts with the product, what info they can see and have access to. e.g. what buttons exist, and where menus are located.
UX is User Experience, specific flows and how a user moves through a product. e.g. How to sign up, how to register for a tournament
