バーコードの読み取りにより著者名の入力を試みたい。

一日1000回でアクセス制限かかるので注意。
先日試したとき、TMCITのglobal ipはすでに制限されていた。
vercelのサーバーから呼び出す際に、この制限がかからないか心配。
