Stock Watchlist does not get updated on start and on Refresh Stock Prices

@yccheok Hi. I am about to contribute some improvements to JStock (to Intraday Movements view).
Managed to get JStock running under IntelliJ IDEA, from the source code. Unfortunately the Stock Watchlist does not get updated on app startup, so that I cannot even launch the Intraday Movements window. How do I make JStock update the stock prices when run in dev mode?

UPD: When building a JAR and running it the Stock Watchlist does update properly. Only when running from within IDE it doesn't update.
