[BUG] Cant use both joysticks simultaneously

Describe the bug
Moved from Surface Go tablet to Dell 7320 and now cannot use both joysticks simultaneously (one is simply not draggable when the other is already engaged). Both tablets are running Ubuntu.

To Reproduce

1. Create two joysticks, run on Dell 7320 tablet
2. engage one joystick
3. try to engage other joystick
4. See error

Expected behavior
Both joysticks should be simultaneously engaged

• Hardware: Dell 7320
