Add ability to set/create nodes with null values

I'm not sure of the best interface to use here. Perhaps a different argument is most appropriate. Perhaps something like: zeke --setnull [path]. I think this is preferable to having a magic string ("null", "None", "") as making such a magic string also makes it impossible to set a value to that literal string.
