There seems to be a bug in the logic wherein we compare the Voyager version being used to run the command and the version which was initially used to create the export dir.
It prints the Note that different Voyager versions are being used even though they're the same. This does not happen for all cases. This might look very weird to the end user.
Example:
Note: The export-dir "/home/ubuntu/access_m" was created using voyager version "0rc1.1.8.9". The current version is "0rc1.1.8.9".
