Description

Currently we run our tests only against a single PG version in our Jenkins pipelines. GH Actions is used to test against different source versions. We should add the provision to specify different PG versions in our Jenkins pipelines as well so that the usr can run against any version they wish to. This will help during Voyager releases as ell.
