Hi @llybyw, thanks for your interest. We haven't released the data labeling tool yet since that's not included in the main paper, but I will check with my collaborator to see if we can add that to the repo.

I've made the necessary tools for data labelling available under the data_labelling directory in Draft PR #10, along with a README.md on how to use them.

Can you provide me with more details on your use case for this tool? What's the scale for the labelling job (10, 1k, 100k+ assemblies, etc.)? Do you plan to use Mechanical Turk or other crowdsourcing tools for data labelling?

Currently the data labelling tools I provided (both preprocessing and the webpage) only support labelling for one assembly at each step. However, I can easily show you how to scale them, and provide more code and instructions on incorporating them with the AWS Mechanical Turk pipeline, if that's what your use case requires. Let me know and I'm happy to help here.
