Manifest v3

Hey pretty much all the suspenders are not updating to v3, I am trying to push the marvelous suspender to see if it can be updated but its not looking great.

I wonder if you would be willing to contribute to TMS or perhaps update this one?

So many people rely on TMS and it will be a disaster when v2 force disables it and deletes all the tabs.

Some of the guys on TMS v3 issue are offering bounties for TMS or any of its alternatives to get port to v3 maybe you would be intrested in that. gioxx/MarvellousSuspender#197
