In my own opinion, yes it's good. For the guy who's saying it uses outertune's whatever, I also agree but recently for some reason the same thing that's been happening to Innertune has started happening to outertune. I like outertune more but it has started to break and become more unstable. (Also point to be noted Metrolist is very laggy)

It's most likely that they are trying to work on it but are not able to find a solution. They also have a life remember.

there would not be Metrolist without Innertune, and the main dev of innertune contributed to Metrolist, this post is disrespectful.
