更换一下软件源试试呢，我看https://pypi.org/project/huggingface-hub/，这个是有huggingface-hub>=0.24的

并没有使用使用第三方软件源，使用的是默认的pip源
我尝试先安装huggingface-hub（使用的是目前最新的0.13.4），再安装segmentation_models
