Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

When I use the @font-face property in a PHP/HTML file, it causes syntax highlighting problems (line 18 on screenshot below) and throws the "css:at-rule or selector expected" error (line 19 on screenshot below).

Zed: v0.169.0 (Zed Preview)
OS: macOS 15.2.0
Memory: 16 GiB
Architecture: aarch64
