Bicikelj timestamps are all over the place

There are two large issues with latest timestamp updates:

1. Timestamp information is randomly missing from the response. E.g. two examples one after another:

2. The "updated" toplevel field is horribly inconsistent - when converted to displayed time it goes "40 seconds ago" , "55 seconds ago", "59 seconds ago", "1 hour ago". And yes, the time delta is really > 3600 seconds. The issue seems connected with the upper issue of getting randomly different response.

3. Also note the number formatting difference in both responses.

Could that be fixed please? :P
