Doesn't properly revert spawn eggs from 1.13+

spawn eggs don't revert if the spawn egg was added to minecraft in a version higher then 1.12.2, for example snow golem spawn eggs don't revert as their spawn egg was added in 1.19.3.

this seems to affect all entities instead of just 1.13+ entities like i stated? Video was recorded using version 1.0.69 but testing on version 1.1.3 allows me to interact with all spawn eggs.
