I can't manage to make ActionHealth display the correct nick color for players

It seems that the plugin doesn't allow hex color codes, no matter how hard i tried, with essentials hex nickname,
with Placeholder API, with hexnicks, it just seems that detects the first part of the hex code as the minecraft color code instead,

for example my Admins are #4fdfc4 color, which is like a pastel cyan color...
but it shows red because of the #4 at the beggining
