Malformed or illegal unicode characters in a tweet can make twirssi crash. #7

The tweet that caused it: http://twitter.com/BillGates/status/12466832063 ( coincidence or not? )
Althought it's probably more a bug in perl, but the error could be handled i think?

This should have been fixed in the meantime, see issue #9 which is already closed.
