Driver does not seem to allow multicast for Start and Stop Level Commands - Intentional? #3060
-
Hi all, I was trying to set up multicast from Home Assistant, using the zwavejs integration towards zwavejs2mqtt. What does not work is to get the blinds to stop while they are already moving. There are a few additional commands on the multilevel switch to go "Up" and "Down" (on/off). Setting either of these to false in the zwavejs2mqtt UI does seem to stop the blinds. But trying to set the same via the multicast set value command (via Home Assistant's zwavejs integration) will fail. The error seems to originate from the driver. A person wiser than me pointed out the following and suggested I come here and ask if this is an intentional limitation. (Seems like a bug, right?)
More information can be found in a thread in the Home Assistant forum where this was originally discussed. |
