can you add hreflang links for multilingual sites describe above? this will help google tell the relationship between translated pages and original content.

If you add hreflang , these will be the language code used:
https://developers.google.com/admin-sdk/directory/v1/languages

for example, if the language is Portuguese (Brazil) , the code will be : pt-BR

as for url of other languages, it should be zdoc.com/br/ which is shorter, at the same time , the page need to tell google the hreflang and the language code
