Libre.fm support

This release introduces Libre.fm support including “now playing” as well as submitting tracks. A session key must be generated once using a Web browser. If Mopidy is run by any other than the current user (who owns the display session), the default Web browser containing the authorisation URL cannot be opened. In this case, please refer to the Mopidy log, which prints the URL. You will then have to manually open it.

Album artist/primary artist scrobbling

Instead of scrobbling multiple artists as a joined string of artists, scrobble only the first artist. If there is an album artist that is neither "Compilation", "Various Artists" nor "Split" (case insensitive), the first artist of the album artist will be scrobbled. Else, the track's first artist will be. Works well with mopidy-spotify.
