- Allowing for non-linux based dependency packages installation through adding option for source code
- Adding ghqc.app_repository option to options.yaml to ease ghqc.app installation
- Defaults to installing from r-universe
- Changing interactive setup prompts to (y/N) questions instead of hitting "ENTER" to confirm
