1. Introduction

This feature is not dependent on Windows Registry only, but also it renders new cursors files from init so you can add your touch to most aspects in cursors including their styles, backgrounds, lines colors and loading circles colors.

2. Lock/Unlock toggle

4. Custom shadow

It renders a shadow that is different from that Windows does

alt text

  • Make it enabled if you like to use custom shadow in current selected cursor

  • If you enabled it, please disable shadow in miscellaneous part (to disable shadow that Windows renders and use shadow rendered by WinPaletter)

alt text

  • You can change color of shadow with its blur power and opacity, with the ability to move it in X and Y coordinates

  • This is an example for a red shadow applied to app starting cursor

5. Repeat previous steps from 2 to 5 with other cursors

  • Or instead, you can copy from a cursor you modified before and paste it into another cursor or all cursors

alt text

6. Miscellaneous

  • You can control some options like shadow for cursors (rendered by Windows, not WinPaletter), cursor tracking (sonar) and trails
