Pipeling improvements

• working on improvements to memory management to get the full model run to complete
  • remember the pipeline is in-memory and persisted to disk
  • now pipeline tables can be optionally saved to the disk and flushed from memory when done if desired
  • improved chunk size prediction and reporting
  • improved logging related to memory usage
  • will now run the improved code on the full model run to see what's going on

Project management

• 2018 contract signed by RSG
  • waiting on signature from AMPO
• @Joe - updates to the ActivitySim site
• update on conversation with interested partners
