Verification

• Jeff fixed all the verification table issues
• I re-traced our trace HH and confirmed the fixes
• TM1 style shadow pricing looking much better, see plots below
• Daysim style shadow pricing still has issues
• Discussed Daysim approach with Mark and need to make a couple small fixes, see #250
• Need to update the example to use ctramp method and more efficient damping factor
• Next steps
  • Now comparing shadow pricing results for 3 iterations
  • Need to review tour departure and duration logsum results
  • Verify subsequent submodels
