Task 5 Performance Enhancements (milestone)

• Jeff started on representative logsums
• PSRC testing presampling
• I'm going to merge develop2 to develop

Task 6 Prototype multiple models test system (milestone)

• Reviewed ODOT's input checker stuff from a few months ago since its relevant (including the list of checks here)
• I need to work on the plan some more
• Added similar simple regression test to example_mtc (like arc and psrc now have)

Task 7 Input checking and error handling and pipeline improvements (milestone)

• No updates

Task 8 Maintenance and Support (milestone)

• Continued to help PSRC get their example working, which it now does
• PopulationSim multiprocessing PR getting close to pullable (is that a word?)
