Includes some important changes and bug fixes to bridge between v2.1 and 2.2.

v2.1

The most relevent feature added with this release is the ability of the user to select an output reference frame from the coordinate frames defined in the Solidworks document.
There are also several changes to the documentation and some modernizing of the macro overall. For example, If textures are added to the model, the textures should appear with the same scale in other programs as they do in Solidworks.
