This repository contains scripts and data for replicating the analyses presented in our paper and its supplement.

Repository Structure

• R_scripts: This directory contains the R scripts used to perform the analyses.
• Bash_scripts: This directory contains the Bash scripts used to perform the analyses.

Data

The data used in the downstream analyses are also included in the R_scripts directory. This includes:

• ddPCR measurements
• Biomonitoring results
• Metabarcoding results
• Published environmental data

Running the Scripts

To replicate our analyses, navigate to the R_scripts directory and run the desired script. Please ensure you have the necessary R packages installed.
