SDR++ v0.2.1_alpha

First public alpha version.

Keep in mind that since this is an alpha version, it's quite buggy and not a good choice for using casually.
Please remember to check current issues before reporting a bug or request a feature :)

Requirements:

• volk
• SoapySDR
  Both are included in PothosSDR, download it if you don't want to build everything yourself ;)
