Setup GA definitions / filters / collections for Dev in analytics

Context

Epic: #302

To view data generated using custom events in Analytics reports, we first need to set up custom definitions and reports in a GA property so that the data can be collected in the reports.

We should configure the following items for custom reports in Refine.bio Web - Dev property (for development) to make sure those setups work as intended before setting up the Refine.bio Web property (for staging/production).

Instruction: To view `Refine.bio Web - Dev` property in Analytics

1. Please login to CCDL Analytics account to view GA4 custom reports in the development property Refine.bio Web - Dev.

2. To view the demo data, select the Reports tab and adjust the date range. Set the start date to January 1 2024 at the upper right.

Problem or idea

We should set up Refine.bio Web - Dev and generate mock data to verify the property setting works as expected to generate reports for custom events.

Solution or next step

• Set up definitions, filters, and collections in Refine.bio Web - Dev property in GA account
• Generate demo data on the development environment for QA test (custom events checklist)
• Review the generated data and make sure custom event data is collected in GA reports
