Most of these changes are related to ensuring we have a record of the neuroblastoma cell line files that need to be put into
/sharedor are needed for the pathway analysis material! There was noRNA-seq/setup/magic-files.mdfile yet, so I'm adding it here.I also made a very minor change to the GSEA notebook.
