This PR updates several README files:
scRNA-seq-advanced/setup/README.md, I added sections for the newewing-sarcomaandwilms-tumordatasets.scRNA-seq-advanced/README.md, I updated the notebook list. Since some of the exercises are still in progress, I am opening this PR as a draft. Once we are 100% sure about these files, I'll mark this ready for review.Dockerfile(should I instead link to docker hub perhaps?), and I updated from CCDL -> Childhood Cancer Data Lab.
