- SuctionCupToolHolder. An end effector that uses a vacuum pump with suction cup kit. Good for pick and place operations.
- SupportRoller. Supports weight between Art1 and Art2 to reduce sag in Art2.
- Art4MotorShim. Closes the gap between the Art4MotorGear and the Art4TransmissionColumn to reduce backlash
- Art2BodyUnion_mod. Allows increase range of motion for Art3
This part is designed to hold a suction cup tool to be used as an end effector.
Place a pair of roller bearings into this part with some M5 nuts and bolts and place under Art2 on the side where the joint tends to sag.
I used this part to move the Art4 motor closer to the Art4TransmissionColumn, closing the gap between the gears and reducing the backlash.
Easy to replace, this part will give you approximately 11 extra degrees of range of motion in Art3.
