Largely embedded in the merge message, but, this is the initial pull for the updated README. There are still things to finalize like the file structure and adding in usage notes for some more functions from cam_tools, but I wanted you guys to have a look at the current version. I also added a yml file for managing conda and made some changes to the phenotypeomat.toml file to bring it up to date.
