When using an acronym (e.g. PR), be sure to 'introduce' it first: enumerating the words, then place the acronym in parentheses after the words (e.g Pull Request (PR)). Also, try to avoid slang (e.g. set up) and idioms to ensure that non-native English speakers can understand the prose.
