Welcome to the AFKPatrol wiki!

AFKPatrol is a plugin to prevent your players from performing tasks such as mining while AFK. AFK mining can be a big issue for servers providing gamemodes like Skyblock, players will simply tape their mouse button down, or set up a script to click for them. This gives them an unfair advantage over other players.

Using AFKPatrol, players are monitored with regard to factors such as their movement and interactions to determine if they are AFK mining (or other tasks like using a mob farm while AFK to get EXP). If a player is thought to be AFK mining they are notified asking them to either move or type a code into the chat to confirm they are not AFK. If the player ignores this message (as they would if they were AFK), then the player can be "frozen" to stop their interactions, and if they continue trying to perform the action they will be kicked from the server.
