Добавляет поддержку двух дополнительных форматов HEX (#140):

  • #RRGGBB
  • &#RRGGBB

Это добавит совместимость с некоторыми плагинами.

Позволяет писать личное сообщения самому себе

Эта функция будет полезна при тестировании.
Параметр pm.allow-yourself настраивает это поведение.
