This version is different than the official one running in vocms128.
Modified scripts after Duncan Ralph left.
The changes included are:
T2_CH_CERN is among the T1 plots and reports.
Corrected locations and sources.
Readme files
run_local.sh file with explanations and acronjob instructions.
credit-transfers.conf to OW or ADD values of other sites to metrics.

Test branch includes Disk sites and WR metric in the SR reports.
