General Setup (for all packages)

1. Clone the repo into the src folder of your catkin workshpace.
2. Move udev files & reload rules (see the top level README)
3. build the catkin workspace and source it

• Green LED indicates antenna is recieving data
• SUDO terminal permissions wipe upon logout [need for serial]
• dmesg |grep tty to identify USB port
