Latest stable release of the reconstruction code.
Main new features with respect to WilliamWallace:

• PMT and GEM analysis integration with correct event counting
• Automatic online recognition of pedestal run and total event counting
• Small bugs correction

Central LIME reconstruction Winter22

This release is meanto to make a central reconstruction of all the data sketched in @davidepinci table

Reconstruction used for LIME April 2021 data

This data has directional clustering with a 4x4 rebinning and basic DBSCAN radius reduced to 1.1, because the aperture without the DAQ can be reduced to ~10ms and the background is << than in 20/07/2021 data with the DAQ which has ~50ms aperture

Reconstruction used for the LIME AmBe data (Summer 2020 data) with directional clustering

This includes debugged and fastened 2D directional clustering.
Removed the BC clustering step completely.

Reconstruction used for the LEMON AmBe paper LEMON-20-001

This is the frozen version of the reconstruction code to make the analysis published in LEMON-20-001:
