sadly the cruddy mixelfest that is bell mapping isn't in scope to fix...
took a while but I think this is everything (excluding glass panes and iron bars as culling these causes chaos elsewhere, and optimization is impossible without changing mapping)

This redoes cauldrons (46 planes instead of 58), and adds missing cullfaces for bells and brewing stands.
