Implements a "version 2" variable into VortexHelper's Purple Booster and Lavender Booster which modifies a number of behaviors

• Reduces freeze timer during launch
• Ensures that if you dash on the frame the launch code would run, it gives you the dash speed as if you had launched
• Enables Wallbouncing on PurpleDashingUpdate
  This ensures that old behavior is maintained while also adding QoL elements that have been requested for
