Using already existing profile (DCSFlightpanels Profiles)

PanelInstanceID

Each panel has an unique HID instance ID. With this ID Windows is able to communicate with the panel. In DCSFP's profiles this is called PanelInstanceID. When you plan to use a profile someone else has made you will have to change the PanelInstanceID in the profile for each panel so it matches that of your own.

You will also have to remove all panels in the profile that you don't have.

Copy your PanelInstanceID for the specific panel.

After you copy it you will see a confirmation message.

3.

Then replace the PanelInstanceID in your profile for the specific panel.
